Mercedes-Benz Vancouver iscurrently looking to fill a position of a Parts Manager.
Essential Duties :
- Ability to establish and maintain goodrelationships with customers and to exceed their expectations.
- Knowledge of automotive systems.
- Contributes to dealership profitability.
- Generate gross profit in the parts departmentthrough the sales of parts and accessories.
- Manage departmental expenses so a net profitis earned monthly.
- Establish and maintain a consumer relationspolicy regarding wholesale customer follow-up, material return, complainthandling, etc.
- Establish and maintain programs designed totrain, develop and motivate department employees.
- Set clear standards for customerhandling.
- Establish and maintain an inventory controlsystem that meets the dealership's internal, warranty, retail, and wholesalecustomer’s needs.
- Establish and maintain purchasing policiesincluding purchase orders, inventory guide figures, order code status,etc.
