The role
Under the supervision of the CFO, the Manager, Talent and Culture will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture, managing talent acquisition, developing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and laws.
The individual will be responsible for leading all HR functions and will work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
The right fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR advisory role;
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations;
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and a solid business acumen to align human resources with organizational goals;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written);
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team;
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Experience with HRIS and other HR software (experience with BambooHR is an asset).
