As the Director of Talent & Culture, reporting to the Vice President of Talent & Culture, you will play a crucial role in managing human resources for the Montreal headquarters and campuses.
You will be a key member of the talent and culture team and a strategic partner to the executive team, leading all matters related to human resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the VP of Talent & Culture in deploying the human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives for Quebec;
- Lead the HR team Business Partners and Recruitment as a dedicated and proactive coach;
- Promote the values and culture of the LCI Education Network;
- Act as a motivating leader capable of managing and directing a high-performing team;
- Support the management of labor relations, recruitment, and resolution of problematic or conflictual situations;
- Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process and participate in the development of employee development plans;
- Partner in managing salary budgets and workforce planning;
- Participate in the development of innovative recruitment strategies and talent attraction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or business administration;
- At least two years of experience in similar roles;
- Membership in a professional order (CRHA, CRIA), an asset;
- Bilingual in French and English, proficiency in other languages is an asset.
