Our client, a specialized manufacturer and distributor, is looking for an HR Advisor !

Your profile :

• Bilingualism with strong communication skills to work with employees in other Canadian provinces
• Extensive background in administration, potentially complemented by studies in Human Resources with preference given to candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in HR
• Proactiveness, e xceptional organizational skills
• Ability to adapt seamlessly to evolving priorities
• Demonstrated autonomy in task management
• Self-driven with a proven track record of taking initiative
• Capacity to execute projects efficiently with minimal supervision
• Aptitude for proposing and implementing innovative solutions
• B uilder profile, poised for professional growth and advancement

Your role :

• Update and maintain Employee Handbook and Code of Ethics to align with regulations and company policies
• Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including document dissemination and initial guidance
• Participate in recruitment activities, including formulating job postings and screening resumes
• Manage labor relations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy in job descriptions and compliance with regulatory mandates through regular audits
• Conduct follow-up sessions with new employees to evaluate progress and address concerns
• Integrate health and safety protocols into operational procedures
• Coordinate meetings with executive leadership for salary reviews and adjustments
