Our client, a company offering maintenance services, is seeking an HR Advisor for a one-year contract!

Your profile :
- Excellent French language skills, both oral and written
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 4-5 years of HR experience as a Generalist, capable of autonomously implementing projects, change management, etc.
Your role :
- Be responsible for HR activities, including staffing, labor relations, training, compensation, and health, safety, and well-being at work (85%)
- Align HR strategy with the company's business objectives
- Act as a resource person for employees and managers as well as other entities such as Statistics Canada, Emploi Québec, and CNESST, etc.
for any HR-related questions
- Support and advise management and managers in various processes and practices including organizational development, compensation, performance development and management, and in HR challenges encountered (disciplinary matters, layoffs, conflict management, etc.)
- Participate in establishing HR strategies and stay abreast of laws and policies for improvements and innovations that can contribute to optimizing human resources
- Be r esponsible for maintaining a pool of full-time, part-time, and on-call employees accessible at all times
- Plan and administer recruitment and total compensation systems, as well as training and professional development programs, employee assistance, employment equity, and positive action programs
- Organize the welcoming and integration of new employees and completion of documents (smart cards, new employee kits, registrations for various programs, etc.) and uniform distribution
- Administer and monitor workplace accident files and keep the workplace accident register up to date by acting as a contact point for CNESST
- Execute o ther related tasks
