Job Title : Marketing Manager I
Contract Length : 14 Months (9 / 3 / 24 - 10 / 31 / 25)

Summary :
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a focus on Paid Search to manage digital acquisition campaigns. This role involves leading SEM strategies and collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and global partners.
The ideal candidate has an agency background with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Must-Have Qualifications :
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience.
- Expertise in running performance marketing campaigns, especially SEM.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; Google Ads certifications preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics and campaign performance tools (e.g., GA4, FireBase, Adobe).
- Proven ability to deliver measurable performance results through digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Experience working with cross-functional teams on digital media measurement frameworks.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
