Salary: $95,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require strong hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript in modern frontend development.
• We need a solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• We look for experience building and maintaining backend APIs, using Node.js, Python, or a similar stack.
• We require proven experience deploying open-source AI models in production, whether self-hosted or containerized.
• We need experience with model training or fine-tuning workflows, including dataset preparation, labeling, evaluation, and iteration.
• We require practical experience working in AWS and Google Cloud environments.
• We expect comfort using AI coding assistants for generation, refactoring, and test creation as part of daily work.
• We value experience with AI tools for UI creation, including rapid prototyping, component generation, and design iteration.
• We require experience with Git and GitHub, along with collaborative development practices.
• We look for strong problem-solving ability, ownership, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• A bachelors degree is required.
• Software development experience of 1 year is preferred.
• Nice-to-have experience includes Docker, Kubernetes, GPU workloads, or inference optimization.
• Nice-to-have experience also includes CI/CD, monitoring, and production operations.
• Nice-to-have background in speech, TTS, NLP, or applied ML systems.

Responsibilities:

• We develop and maintain web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• We build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• We deploy and operate open-source AI models in production, including LLMs, TTS, and related ML models.
• We support model training and fine-tuning workflows, including data preparation, training pipelines, evaluation, and iteration.
• We work with cloud infrastructure in AWS and Google Cloud, covering compute, storage, networking, and CI/CD.
• We use AI code-generation tools to accelerate development while preserving quality and security.
• We use AI UI tools to prototype and produce interfaces quickly, including layouts, components, and design iterations.
• We optimize performance, scalability, observability, and reliability.
• We collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver features end to end.
• We ensure code quality, security best practices, and strong engineering standards.
