About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary part-time Donor Centre Nurse to join our dynamic Collections team in our Halifax, Nova Scotia donor centre.
The Collections team is responsible for supporting Canadian Blood Services collecting donor blood and blood components in a safe manner to provide patients with lifesaving products every day.
In this role, you will assist in the collection of blood and blood products ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, and all required documentation is carried out. You will play an integral part in building and promoting a positive donor experience and encouraging donations.
