The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' needs while adhering to best practices in software engineering.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement robust Java based applications.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Document development processes, code changes, and application features.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills :

Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

Solid understanding of object oriented programming principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
