Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Entry Level Sales Representative who is passionate about sales and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills, learn from experienced leaders, and make a direct impact on company growth.


In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams.



Key Responsibilities

● Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
● Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to build a strong pipeline
● Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach
● Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
● Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
● Deliver presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients
● Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to generate leads
● Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Executive Management


Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required
● Strong interest in building a career in sales
● Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and improve quickly
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
● Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent




Preferred (Not Required)


● Internship or prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development
● Experience with cold calling, presentations, or CRM tools like Salesforce
● Exposure to B2B sales or technical products




Compensation & Benefits


● Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
● Performance-based bonus and commission
● Opportunity for rapid career growth in a scaling organization
