If you possess sharp diagnostic instincts and take pride in premium craftsmanship, submit your resume today to secure a rewarding, long-term technical career with an international market pacesetter.

Advantages
• Pay & Comp: $40.00 – $55.00/hr paid weekly ($85,000 – $115,000 annually), plus $10,000 – $12,000 performance bonuses and 1.5x overtime.
• Schedule & Balance: Monday to Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) when shop-based, flexible travel autonomy, and daily travel per diems ($67–$70/day).
• Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Blue Cross family health, dental, and vision insurance plan starting after three months.
• Premium Equipment Perks: Fully equipped company service vehicle with personal use privileges, complete German toolkits, supplied work clothing, and paid international training.

Responsibilities
• Commission, install, assemble, and service specialized automated CNC woodworking machinery and precision production plant equipment at customer manufacturing facilities throughout Canada.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical control cabinets and wiring assemblies using schematic diagrams, isolating complex circuit faults and verifying automated PLC/CNC input and output signals.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and calibrate high-pressure hydraulic circuits, pneumatic cylinders, electro-pneumatic valves, and precision mechanical drive components.
• Provide responsive technical phone and remote consultation to industrial clients and machine operators to maximize operating uptime and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage corporate credit cards for flights, lodging, and vehicle rentals while retaining all accumulated airline miles and loyalty points.
• Complete detailed technical service reports, balance vehicle replacement parts inventory, and ensure rigorous manufacturer and on-site health and safety compliance at all times.

Qualifications
• Journeyperson / Red Seal Industrial Electrician, Millwright, or technical college graduate (e.g., Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering Technology) with strong mechanical diagnostics aptitude.
• Hands-on proficiency reading electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to troubleshoot automated PLC/CNC machinery (no programming or coding required).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Windows operating systems, and professional written customer communication.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract, clean criminal record, and valid passport for travel across Canada, the US, and abroad for training in Germany.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight equipment spaces with manual dexterity.

Summary
