PM Shift Production Assembler Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented PM Shift Production Assembler to support the assembly and production of medical devices. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment to complete production orders efficiently and maintain smooth production line operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team to complete production orders on time
• Rotate through one of 12 production stations (full training provided over 2–3 months)
• Read and follow written instructions in English to assemble units using small hand tools
• Perform station-based work independently or as part of a team
• Maintain consistent production pace to prevent line bottlenecks
• Perform cleanroom tasks such as labeling, sealing, and packaging as required
• Stand for the duration of the shift while performing assembly duties
