Are you a hardworking Material Handler looking for a short-term contract in Brampton? We have a great opportunity for a Material Handler to join a busy manufacturing team for a 2 to 3-month assignment. Located in Brampton, this role involves working with insulation materials in a fast-paced environment. As a Material Handler in Brampton, you will be responsible for a mix of general labor duties and occasional counterbalance forklift operation. If you are comfortable working in a dusty environment, handling insulation, and are ready to start immediately, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities• Safely storing insulation and efficiently stacking materials in the warehouse
• Operating a counterbalance forklift for material handling tasks
• Performing manual labor, including lifting heavy materials up to 50 lbs at times
• Operating various warehouse tools and machines to assist with daily operations
• Cleaning and maintaining your designated work area to ensure health and safety standards are met
Qualifications• Minimum 1 year of experience working in similar industry
• Minimum 1 year experience with Forklift Counter Balance
• Must be comfortable working in a dusty environment, as you will be handling insulation
• CSA-approved steel-toe boots are mandatory on site
• You must wear long sleeves and long pants for your safety while handling insulation
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs
• Counterbalance forklift experience required to handle the forklift operation duties
