What might a typical day look like?
As an assistant department manager, you will have to :
- perform day-to-day management activities within your department in collaboration with the department manager;
- provide team members with the feedback necessary for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives;
- collaborate with the production and customer service clerks; - Ensure the implementation of exceptional customer service
- in collaboration with the manager, ensure the management of inventories, price lists, marketing and salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readiness;
