We are recruiting an experienced sustainability consultant to lead our award-winning Sustainable Business team.
- Salary : £80,000+ depending on experience
- Duration : Permanent
- Location : We support hybrid working and have a sustainable office space in County Hall, Waterloo.
- Experience : 10 or more years of relevant experience
Your new role what’s involved?
As Director of Sustainable Business, you will shape and deliver our work by nurturing existing and developing new relationships with new clients and partners, and managing key strategic relationships.
As well as leading the business development of the team, you will work with sector-leading retailers and other organisations on carbon footprint and net-zero and sustainability strategy, governance and reporting, and the development of sustainable products and solutions.
You will work alongside senior colleagues in the team and inspire our ambitious junior consultants, helping them to deliver quality outputs and develop their skills and careers.
Your skills and experience
You are a commercially minded and client-facing sustainability leader with skills in networking, creating relationships, and a good knowledge of current and future market trends.
You are experienced in engaging with and maintaining relationships with clients at a senior level. You are creative and able to think on your feet, with strong presentation and communication skills, alongside the ability to undertake and oversee quality research and technical deliverables.
Qualifications
You will have a strong background in sustainability, with ten or more years of relevant experience.
