The MINI Campaign Planning Specialist’s role is responsible for helping to plan, execute, and evaluate our CoW. In addition, this role will own a piece of the Tier 2 tactical dealer advertising group campaign planning which is made up of 50% dealer funds and 50% NSC funds.
This role will also develop MINI Canada’s brand partnership programs, and events.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Plan and execute all Tier 1 brand and product campaigns. Work closely with National Manager, and creative and media agencies of record to develop annual Statement of Work (SOW) and then project manages roll-out in the market.
- Support planning annual Tier 2 DAG budget, media plan, and monthly campaigns including special events like Private Sales.
Organize monthly reporting calls / meetings to regularly assess performance.
- Act as a key liason between media and creative agencies of record and key point of contact in terms of contracts, SOWs, 3rd party audits, etc.
- Plans and rolls out MINI’s brand partnership portfolio in Canada; including, but not limited to contracts, offer alignment and being the key contact person for brand partners within MINI.
- Oversee the planning and execution of prospect and owner events.
- Support and / or lead roll-out of existing or new digital / virtual experiences as the market for these continues to develop.
- Shared responsibility for meeting / exceeding lead generation target numbers on an annual basis.
- Additional responsibilities include budget management and Intern mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years relevant Marketing experience
- Media planning experience
- Excellent communication skills,
- Organization / project management capabilities,
- Stakeholder management

To be eligible for this role, candidates are expected to work from our Head Office in Richmond Hill, Ontario three times in a week.
