About the Team

Becoming a part of the Product Operations team at Flinks entails actively contributing to its ongoing transformation and directly influencing client outcomes.

Reporting to the VP of Product Operations, this role places you within a dynamic and agile team, emphasizing the significance of collaboration as a core value.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and collect comprehensive business requirements, ensuring effective communication of business needs.
  • Evaluate business opportunities presented by stakeholders to define and optimize the product portfolio. Conduct thorough analysis and understanding of targeted markets, customer business issues, and competitive landscapes.
  • Ensure alignment of solutions with Flinks’ business objectives and assess their anticipated impact on these objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to extract valuable insights, translating them into detailed business requirements for development teams to create innovative technical product offerings.
  • Develop strategic project plans aimed at addressing customer needs and / or expanding market share.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from project sponsors.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of Flinks’ efficiency by fostering collaboration with Product Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and IT.
  • Take an active role in shaping and improving the Business Analysis function at Flinks through continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a tech environment or with IT projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, synthesize information, and a quick grasp of new business processes.
  • Working knowledge of Agile processes and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you excel at building relationships and are recognized as a natural leader
  • Knack for reading between the lines and focusing on the important stuff

It would be even better if you have

  • Working knowledge of BABOK
  • A certification in Business Analysis (ie CBAP, ECHA, CCBA, etc.)
