Description :
The SeniorProject Manager will work with various teams within Ontario Healthand with its external partners clients and vendors to ensure thatAbdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) project is delivered in a timelyand efficient manner with the highest level of quality.
Large scalecomplex assignments should be expected and may lack clarity ofgoals and strategy. The Sr. Project Manager utilizes theireducation and experience to define options on the approach to take.
The Sr. Project Manager collaborate with senior management andsponsors to bring clarity to the goals to the extent possible andidentify strategies for successful delivery.
The Sr. ProjectManager should be comfortable working within an ambiguousenvironment where change is constant and with input from teammembers and SMEs can effectively manage the delivery of thefollowingproject.
AbdominalAortic Aneurysm(AAA) :
Expand theCancer Screening Registry to a broader multipurpose ScreeningRegistry (requires IPC and legislative change and is prerequisiteto sending the first AAA invitationletter).

Responsibilities :
- Accountablefor on time on budget and on scope completion of assigned projectsthat are compliant with applicable external legislation andinternal policies and processes including project governanceframework and project management methodology and provide feedbackfor continuous improvement asrequested
- Responsiblefor managing the resources scope budget schedule and quality ofdeliverables of the assignedprojects
- Establish andmaintain excellent working relationship and effective communicationwith the Sponsor(s) internal and external partners vendors andproject teammembers
- Organize andlead projectmeetings
- Ensureeffective project change control including managing IT Requests forChange (RFCs) and deployments to the various environments is inplace
- Proactivelyidentify and manage risks and systematically resolve or escalateknown issues
- Adhere toand promote Ontario Health policies and processes including PrivacySecurity and RecordManagement
- Managerelease of the product / project / work package to an operationalenvironment

TheCandidate will ensure full knowledge transfer is provided to theOntario Health team before end of engagement. Some of this mightoccur at the end of the engagement but will also be shared asinformation is obtained / consolidated.

- The Candidatemust provide all related documentation as part of Knowledgetransfer protocol. Documents will be reviewed by the appropriateleads and signed off by manager / director. andnbsp;
