Role Description

This is a hybrid role located in Whitby, ON with the flexibility for some remote work. As a Mortgage Agent, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing loan applications, reviewing credit reports and financial documents, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and guiding clients through the mortgage process.

This is a contract role.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Industry, Mortgage Servicing, and Mortgage Lending skills
• Experience in underwriting, assessing, and analyzing loan applications for mortgages
• Mortgage Marketing skills
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience with AI technology and P2P platforms is a plus

In-House Learning Academy

Lendwire is proud to launch our Learn with Lendwire series that gives agents the opportunity to learn and train within our own portal.

Our system operates similar to those you've already used when obtaining your Mortgage Agent or Mortgage Broker License. By completing courses, you will further your understanding and knowledge, and can even take courses aimed at higher splits, salary or even other positions within the company.

We are happy to provide free pre-qualified leads to our agents that is not gated behind volume, but behind your individual turnover rate.

We focus on training all agents to get better at servicing their clients and closing their deals.
