Main responsibilities

Investing in the canvassing of customers.

Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries : real estate agencies, real estate brokers and developers.

Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.

Promote the global offer, including the protection and sale of cross-products.

Ensure a presence in the business community of your territory

Be actively involved in the business community in your territory

Respect the frameworks, practices and various laws and regulations applicable to your activities as a mortgage financing representative

Stay abreast of financial news, market trends and best practices in your field of activity.

Other working conditions

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

Schedule : Be available 7 days a week and evenings

Workplace : Windsor, Niagara Falls, London, Kitchener / Waterloo and / or Hawkesbury / Eastern Ontario. The work arrangement for the position is full-time telework #LI-Remote

Travel : Frequent (at the request of members and clients)

Other relevant information : Compensation : 100% commission

Qualifications

College diploma in a related field

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales

Experience working in the banking sector (a significant asset)

Please note that other combinaisons of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

For vacant positions available in Ontraio, please note that knowledge of French is required
