Contract Duration : 6 months
Pay range C$50 - 60 / hr
Location : Markham, ON
Work Type : Hybrid, onsite twice a month, but as of April will need to be onsite twice a week
Schedule : Mon - Fri Core Business Hours
Job Description :
Are you a skilled Learning Consultant with a passion for creating engaging and effective learning solutions? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and design innovative learning programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement high-quality, multi-modal learning solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify training needs and develop effective learning strategies.
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and performance support tools.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Utilize industry-leading authoring tools such as Storyline 360 and RISE 360.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design and development
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Storyline 360, RISE 360)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the financial industry
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with video editing and production
