We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the online sales initiatives and enhance the digital presence of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional campaigns.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Analyze website performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Create product and lifestyle photos, develop and edit marketing graphics and take product photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns. Leverage content from the US where possible.
- Maintain product listing details across Amazon, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
- Inventory management forecasting, processing orders, and creating shipment plans in Amazon Seller Central.
- Manage online advertising campaigns in collaboration with media planners / agency partners.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.
