Company: RhynoCare

Department: Recruiting

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: Markham, ON (Head Office)

Salary: $60,000 annually

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 100% In Office

About RhynoCare:

RhynoCare is a high-performance organization grounded in humanistic values—trust, respect, integrity, accountability, and affiliation. As a rapidly growing leader in the healthcare staffing industry, we are expanding our presence and services across Canada.

We're on a mission to become Canada's premier healthcare staffing agency—and we know that starts with a strong internal team. We prioritize promoting from within, offering exceptional opportunities for driven individuals who want to build their careers in a fast-paced and meaningful industry.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare staffing roles, foster relationships with candidates, and support talent acquisition initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about finding the right people for the right roles, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers for healthcare staffing positions. Conduct reference checks and maintain job postings through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain a talent pool using insights into hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market data.
  • Event Participation: Represent RhynoCare at job fairs, campus events, and other hiring initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive recruitment journey by providing timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Partner with healthcare facilities to streamline onboarding processes and set new hires up for success.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Assist with various organizational projects, including performance management, succession planning, and talent acquisition programs.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and effective communications related to recruitment and talent initiatives.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Conduct audits of HR policies and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Employee Support: Address staff inquiries and provide resolutions or escalate as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or agency recruitment, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Equal Opportunity Employer Statement:

We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applications from individuals of all races, ethnicities, religions, genders, sexual orientations, gender identities or expressions, ages, disabilities, and protected veteran status. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
