Job descriptionDevelop implement and measure the performance of acquisition-focused campaigns and programs across various digital channels. Optimize user experience across web and mobile applications to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with product marketing agency and channel teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Contribute to the development of compelling and effective content that drives customer acquisition and engagement within the Retail Insurance sector. Ensure content aligns with BMOs brand guidelines design system standards and regulatory requirements. Leverage analytics tools to identify high-impact opportunities for improving customer engagement conversion retention and revenue. Gather and format data to create regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track campaign performance. Analyze data and information to provide actionable insights and recommendations on customer behavior and campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including product teams marketing colleagues agency partners and channel teams. Support the execution of strategic initiatives in close collaboration with these stakeholders. Execute routine tasks such as service requests transactions and queries within established service level agreements. Monitor compliance with BMO policies brand standards and design system standards escalating issues as necessary. Document and maintain operational procedures and processes related to digital marketing methodologies and campaigns. Coordinate and execute campaign and program activities proactively addressing issues to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor and track campaign performance identifying and resolving any emerging issues. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on acquisition marketing. Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Familiarity with A / B testing and other optimization methodologies. Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital content. Demonstrated understanding of the Retail Insurance landscape and customer acquisition within this sector is highly desirable. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO / SEM social media marketing email marketing content marketing and paid advertising. Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics Google Analytics PowerBI) to track analyze and report on campaign performance. Experience with content creation and optimization for various digital platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience working within the financial services industry particularly with insurance products. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.

The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
