Junior Personal Lines Account Manager

Our Client is a growing independently owned brokerage with a head office in the heart of Toronto. They provide risk management solutions to commercial and personal clients all across Canada.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
As a new joiner, you will support the Personal Lines department in all administrative tasks for Account Managers and VP.
ABOUT THE POSITION
- Prepares new and renewal business including client letters, policy documentation and invoicing.
- Process certificates of insurance, liability slips, abstracts and auto plus monthly.
- Bond preparation and administration.
- Scanning, faxing, photocopying and administrative duties.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- RIBO License preferred or willing to obtain within 3 months
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with TAM system
- 1 year experience in a similar position
COMPENSATION
- $50,000-$55,000 based on experience
