- Recommend and partake in implementation of process improvements within finance department and other areas across the organization
- Observe effectiveness of current business processes
- Collaborate across organization to assist in research and analyzing of effectiveness of workflows
- Monitor KPI's and performance by creating metrics that can be used to influence improvements
- Mentor and train employees on new processes implemented
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks

- BA in Finance, Accounting or Commerce
- 5+ years of experience within the Accounting or Finance Department
- Experience with AP / AR / Payroll and General Accounting
- Proactively identify areas which require resolution and improvement
- Project Accounting experience or exposure is an asset (IT and / or Capital Projects)
- Experience and proficiency with PowerBi and Sharepoint is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
