What project will this contractor be working on? Working on a Billing Upgrade with potential of working on other small projects.
Responsibilities :
- BA will be working alongside with another business analysts in order to deliver business requirements for CPE upgrade (CPE is the billing engine).
- BA will need to build strong relationship with various stakeholders, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to get to the right requirements.
- BA will need to be independent, self-reliable
- Commercial Banking experience as well products and billing knowledge in the commercial banking space
Must Have Requirement :
- 7-10 years in the industry as Business Systems Analyst
- Experience leading discussions
Nice to Have :
- Commercial banking or product and billing knowledge specifically business account and cash management products *Strong nice to have
- Software engineering background
- Zafin experience would be beneficial (billing and understanding of interest rate)
- Team is responsible for any changes to 20-30 systems that support commercial banking LOB.
- There is no development involved in this role
- The project is at the beginning stages - they are compiling the business case.
- Any other projects that this person will be involved in will be within the billing space as well.
- The current billing system is already in the cloud but looking to upgrade to the latest version of Zafin or perhaps a different vendor.
