Experience :
- 4-5 years of construction and / or plumbing experience
- Red Seal Certification HVAC
- Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural,
- Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
- Proficient in take-off / site design and material management
- Understanding of sub-trades scope / scheduling / interference
- Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th year apprentices
