Experience :

• 4-5 years of construction and / or plumbing experience
• Red Seal Certification HVAC
• Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural,
• Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
• Proficient in take-off / site design and material management
• Understanding of sub-trades scope / scheduling / interference
• Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th year apprentices
