Intelcom Dragonfly is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Owner for our IT Operation Lab. The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration between the lab team, continuous improvement team, and stakeholders to align business objectives with our automation objectives.
This role is crucial in ensuring effective communication, aligning cross-functional teams and multi-discipline experts, and agile project management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives and user needs with automation initiatives focused on optimizing and improving efficiency in our sorting stations.
- Work closely with development teams across the IT squads to enable new technologies based on prototypes and proof of concepts.
- Define and prioritize product backlog items based on strategic vision.
- Continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on delivering top level priorities features.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the development, product support, and marketing teams.
- Work closely with the IT Ops Lab and the Continuous Improvement members to write and maintain documentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and operations, to ensure solutions align with end-user needs, are technically feasible, and are effectively documented
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all product aspects, including specifications, workflows, and results.
Required Qualifications :
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management frameworks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Fluency in both French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with agile project management and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Certification in Agile framework (Good to have)
- Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or industrial equipment systems is a plus.
