To meet the growing demand for our First Derivative services, we are looking to hire a Murex Front Office Support Engineer in Toronto
Must have
- Prior experience working in a support role
- Must have had some experience supporting Murex
- Good understanding of the Murex architecture to be able to propose interim and strategic solutions
- Good understanding of Murex FO modules : Simulation screens, Simulation Viewer, eTradepad, P&L notepad, market operations, etc
- Some hands-on experience in debugging issues in Murex technical configuration (e.g helping to resolve issues in Datamart, MxML pre & post trade etc)
- Good knowledge of a variety of asset classes and product : Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives etc
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Technical skills including Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, Interfaces would be an additional bonus
