Job Title : Warranty Coordinator
Reporting To : Warranty Manager

Rate of Pay : Range 2 as per the Collective Agreement

Hours : 35 hours per week : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00am 4 : 30pm
This position fulfills an important role in the product & parts supply channel and is responsible for processing and controlling warranty and part returns through the Warranty Department on behalf of the Service Patches and Districts.
Other duties include the co-ordination of product returns from the FSL locations across Ontario; processing and managing claims to vendors and manufacturers for warranty / vendor credits.
Responsibilities :
- Follow up with product & parts suppliers regarding warranty claims and procedures
- Screen, qualify and prepare warranty claim / performance reports
- Track return parts / products for warranty or vendor credit
- Reconcile claims, update system and resubmit as required
- Sort / Scrap parts
- Credit appropriate patches / districts for credit received
Qualifications :
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills (Access, Clarify, Excel, Good working knowledge of GERS)
- Good working knowledge & understanding of all warehouse processes and how they relate to end customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills, results oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 40 to 80 lbs.
- Forklift License in place, or willing to be trained, (re-)certified
- Willing to work in a team environment and able to work in a warehouse environment, safety shoes are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-filled area
