The Merchandise Event Lead will help oversee merchandise operations within the Lansdowne Sport main store including during TD Place events that require merchandise, ensuring each fan and guest has an exceptional experience!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner;
- Restocking merchandise stores;
- Inventory control and management of Lansdowne Sports & satellite stores;
- Fulfill online orders for delivery;
- Resolve questions brought up by guests;
- Support customers in locating merchandise;
- Provide product knowledge pertaining to all event merchandise;
- Maintain merchandise kiosks / stores in presentable fashion;
- Enforce event rules and relevant health and safety regulations.
What’s Needed
- Professional and neat presentation;
- The ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Flexible attitude, accountable, and a team player;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Highly organized and attentive to detail;
- 2-4 years retail / customer service experience;
- Capable of lifting 40 pounds;
- The ability to manage crowds and remain calm in stressful situations;
- The ability to stand for extended periods;
- Available to work weekends, nights and public holidays;
- POS knowledge;
- Bilingualism is an asset.
