The Role

As an integral part of the sales and services team, the FSR, as the first point of contact with members and potential members, is fully knowledgeable of features, benefits, target market, and operating conditions (including required documents) of the full range of personal products and services offered by the credit union. To ensure high levels of service are maintained the FSR may be called upon to assist other FSRs and complete routine transactions for members.

The FSR is responsible for servicing members consistent with the credit union’s objectives for member service and profitability. The FSR promotes retention of quality, profitable member relationships by thoroughly resolving both ongoing member satisfaction with the credit union’s products and services and supporting the achievement of branch objectives.
