Are you looking for a new administrative challenge in downtown Montreal, in a beautiful office steps away from the Square Victoria Station.

Do you love to interact with others, and have great time management skills? If so, this could be the role for you!

Our client, an amazing boutique accounting firm, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Advantages

  • 35 hour, 5 day work week between May-January, 40 hour work week over 6 days between February - March

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • MAnaging packages and office errands
  • Managing banking and post office tasks
  • Kitchen upkeep
  • Distributing mail and managing daily mailings
  • Assist with tax return assembly during peak seasons (training provided)
  • Internal AR & AP support
  • Support on company projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, specifically in a professional setting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft suite
  • A willingness to learn or previous experience with tools like DocuSign and tax software
  • Comfort with technology
  • A team player with a friendly and collaborative approach
  • Able to work 100% in office
  • Proficiency in both French and English
