As a Claims Manager within a matrix team, you play a key role in customer relations and claims management for workplace injuries. You implement innovative strategies to help clients reduce costs related to workplace injury cases and foster a positive work health and safety culture.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure the effective management of workplace injuries for your clients within a matrix team
- Guide clients in continuous improvement processes aimed at reducing the impact of workplace injuries on their organizational and financial performance
- Advise clients on maintaining employment relationships and support them during job site visits as part of rehabilitation
- Collaboratively establish strategies with stakeholders for optimal management of disputes at the Administrative Review
- Enhance integrated service offerings by proposing solutions to clients for better management of occupational health and safety (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.)
