We are a rapidly-growing IT Services company seeking a seasoned and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead an Enterprise Sales Team to contribute to our company's growth.

DESCRIPTION :

Our firm is growing and hiring a small group of Sales and Marketing Managers that will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and managing their own respective teams for bringing our IT Services to Fortune 1000 organizations.

Our support covers technical details, client access questions, remote configurations as well as "how-to" questions for a variety of topics including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, SharePoint, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibilities as a Sales and Marketing Manager include :

  • Conduct phone and video interviews with potential sales reps; hire, onboard and train new sales reps
  • Oversee, manage, and mentor a team of 5-10 sales representatives in day-to-day sales activity, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
  • Foster a high-energy, positive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

LOCATION :

theITSupportCenter, LLC's organizational structure provides Sales and Marketing Managers the opportunity to work from home - 100% of the time .

HOURS :

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm ET.

COMPENSATION

REQUIREMENTS (no exceptions) :

  • Home Environment :
  • Private home office with a door to create a confidential environment during work hours
  • High speed, wired internet access ( MUST have Cable or Fiber Optic. NO DSL, NO Dish)
  • Dual monitors
  • PC that is less than 5 years old
  • Desktop Computer (not a laptop) running Windows 10 or 11 operating system
  • Active webcam for working hours
  • Sales background :
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise, B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS sales
  • Track record of hitting sales targets
  • Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspaces
  • Management / leadership :
  • Prior management experience
  • Hire / fire experience
