The ideal candidate will be responsible forleading and managing wastewater treatment projects from concept tocompletion ensuring successful project delivery while adhering tosafety regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements
KeyResponsibilities :
Leadand manage wastewater treatment projects from inception to closeoutincluding design construction commissioning and operationphases.
Coordinatewith clients stakeholders regulatory agencies and subcontractors todefine project requirements scope andobjectives.
Developproject plans schedules and budgets and monitor progress to ensuretimely and costeffective projectexecution.
Conductfeasibility studies engineering analyses and technical evaluationsto develop innovative and sustainable wastewater treatmentsolutions.
Prepareand review engineering designs specifications and drawings forwastewater treatment facilities ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements and industrystandards.
Manageproject resources including personnel equipment and materials tooptimize productivity andefficiency.
Conductregular site visits and inspections to monitor constructionprogress quality and safetycompliance.
Prepareand present project status reports progress updates and budgetanalyses to clients stakeholders andmanagement.
Identifyand mitigate project risks and issues and implement effectivesolutions to ensure projectsuccess.
Fostera culture of safety quality and excellence within the project teamensuring compliance with all relevant regulations andstandards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Environmental Engineering or relatedfield; P.Eng. or CET designation ispreferred.
Minimumof 7 years of experience in wastewater treatment engineering andprojectmanagement.
Strongtechnical knowledge of wastewater treatment processes equipment andtechnologies.
Proventrack record of successfully managing wastewater treatment projectsfrom concept tocompletion.
Excellentproject management skills including the ability to develop projectplans schedules and budgets and manage project resourceseffectively.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toeffectively liaise with clients stakeholders subcontractors andteammembers.
Proficiencyin project management software and tools such as Primavera P6 orMicrosoftProject.
Commitmentto safety quality and environmental stewardship in all aspects ofprojectdelivery.
