This role requires a structured problem-solver with strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in complex and ambiguous environments, partnering with both business and technical teams to define problems, assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

The candidate should also demonstrate an understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic AI, and how these capabilities can be applied responsibly to improve business processes, enhance decision-making, increase efficiency, and support new ways of working.

  • Create and analyze business process maps, including current-state “as-is” and future-state “to-be” processes, and identify required changes, gaps, dependencies, and impacts to roles, people, systems, and operations.
  • Identify, document, and analyze business rules, information needs, functional requirements, and process requirements using industry-standard business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis of proposed solutions and support feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, planning initiatives, and development of new deliverables.
  • Research, analyze, and identify system or process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the deployment of practical business and technology solutions.
  • Develop, review, and maintain key business analysis deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, traceability matrices, process documentation, and decision materials.
  • Monitor and measure process effectiveness to ensure consistent value delivery and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support change management activities, including change impact identification, stakeholder engagement, communications, and review or creation of training materials.
  • Participate in testing activities, including test planning, process validation, execution support, issue resolution, and facilitation of User Acceptance Testing.
