We’re looking for our next Manager, Third Party Risk Management. Could It Be You?
The purpose of the Manager, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is to assist the Senior Manager, Third Party Risk Management in overseeing and supporting the development and implementation of the enterprise TPRM framework and for providing effective support across the Questrade Financial Group of companies (QFG).
What’s it like working as a Manager, Third Party Risk Management at Questrade?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, TPRM, this role is responsible for contributing to the design and oversight of implementation of the enterprise TPRM framework and for providing effective support across the Questrade Financial Group of companies.
Working closely with partners and stakeholders, the Manager, TPRM will be responsible for developing third party risk management methodologies, performing risk assessments, governance, training and reporting.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Develop and contribute to the execution of the TPRM Strategy, framework, Policy, Standards, structures, and processes
- Support the development and implementation of the company’s operational resilience framework
- Create alignment of third party management methodologies and practices amongst key internal stakeholders
- Assist in the identification and preparation for emerging risks
- Establish and maintain TPRM reporting and governance related activities
- Support the development of training and testing programs to provide assurance of resilience to key risks and threats
- Establish and report on TPRM key risk metrics and facilitate the sharing of best practices across QFG
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Maintain productive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

- University degree, preferably in a business, risk management or compliance discipline
- Minimum of 5 years TPRM experience, or related role in the financial services / fintech industry
- Accreditation or designations in relevant risk field is an asset
- Knowledge of TPRM best practices
- Experience in a Third Party Risk or Resilience function
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to work independently
- Ability to gather, analyze, organize, document and present information in a succinct and organized manner
- Proficient in the use of Google Workspace products (Docs, Slides, Forms and Sheets)
- Have a working knowledge of FI regulations (OSFI, CIRO, FCAC, etc.)
- Have sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, and executing skills
