We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Administrator to join a growing team in the nonprofit industry in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

The ideal Data Entry Administrator is someone who is organized and able to enter data with accuracy and is very organized.

Responsibilities

What YOU will be doing as a Data Entry Administrator :

  • Repetitive data entry creating Dayforce profiles for new hires
  • Record keeping
  • Verifying confidential information
  • Being able to provide and assist with inquiries
  • Filing
  • Following up with staff on outstanding documentation

Qualifications

What YOU bring to the role of the Data Entry Administrator :

  • 1 year of Data Entry, and / or Administrative experience (with data entry responsibilities)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to enter data with accuracy and provide exceptional service to customers
  • Extremely organized
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible, easy-going, open to learning
