THE POSITION

In your role, as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.

  • A stable focal point of the Hays Canada business.
  • Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
  • Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets
  • Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments.

Qualifications :

  • MUST HAVE direct sales, business development or cold calling experience
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
  • You thrive on personal achievement
  • You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeing companies grow
  • Very well-developed EQ - you will be the first contact in for potential clients & candidates
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities

COMPENSATION

At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards.

We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $40,000, with an average earning potential of $65,000 - $80,000 in the first year.

However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
