ABOUT THE ROLE
- Develop comprehensive merchandise plans that align with the company’s financial objectives, market trends, and sales forecasts, ensuring strategic goals are met.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales performance, inventory health, and profitability.
- Conduct sales and inventory analysis, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to achieve sales targets and improve profitability
- In partnership with cross functional teams to manage inventory for global stores or regions based on sales trends, store profiles, and seasonal demands to maximize sales potential.
- Support company wide inanities and projects as needed
MUST HAVES
- Committed to learning & applying OVO’s values & adopting ways of working.
- 1 to 2 years of planning experience in a similar capacity
- Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where rapid decision-making is common
- Self-motivated, comfortable working with ambiguity and strong problem-solving abilities to adapt strategies quickly based on market changes and business needs.
- Experience in analyzing large sets of data
- Advanced excel skills (vlookups, if statements, pivot table etc.) is a strong asset
