We are seeking a passionate and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales representatives.

Responsibilities :

• Sales Order Processing :
• Accurately and efficiently enter sales orders into the company's system, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
• Verify customer details, product specifications, and pricing.
• Process orders in a timely manner to avoid delays in fulfillment.
• Communicate any discrepancies or issues with orders to the sales team promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of processed orders for future reference.
• Sales Team Administrative Support :
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations, formatting documents and ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.
• Manage sales reps' calendars and travel arrangements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and emails related to sales orders and administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales reports and assist with data analysis.
• Maintain organized filing systems for sales documents and records.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the sales manager.

Additional Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and data entry practices.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and data management software.
• Experience with sales order processing software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
