Overview : Ourclient in Thornhill is looking for a dynamic and organized SalesSupport Associate to join their Wealth Management Practice.

As avital member of our team you will provide essential administrativesupport to the Investment Advisors while actively contributing tosales initiatives client engagement and event coordination.

Theideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skillsmeticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude towardsmanaging tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities : SalesSupport :

SalesSupport :

  • AssistInvestment Advisors in managing client relationships andprospecting efforts.
  • Schedule appointmentscoordinate calendars and ensure timely followup on clientinquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute clientcorrespondence reports and presentations.
  • Input and update client data accurately in CRMsystems.

AdministrativeDuties :

  • Handlepaperwork related to client accounts including account openingtransfers and maintenance.
  • Organize andmaintain client files ensuring compliance with regulatorystandards.
  • Manage office supplies equipmentand vendor relationships as needed.
  • Handleincoming calls and emails directing inquiriesappropriately.

Marketing and SocialMedia :

  • Support thedevelopment and execution of social media campaigns and contentcreation.
  • Monitor and engage with social mediaplatforms to enhance brand visibility and clientengagement.
  • Assist in organizing client eventsseminars and webinars including logistics and promotion.

ClientRelationship Management :

  • Provide exceptional service to clients addressinginquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clientsensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collaboratewith team members to enhance client satisfaction and retentionefforts.

Reporting andAnalysis :

  • Generatereports and analysis related to client activity sales performanceand marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in analyzingclient portfolios and investment strategies to support advisoryservices.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration Finance Marketing or related fieldpreferred.
  • Previous experience in a similarrole within the financial services industry isadvantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite CRM software and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability tomanage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
  • Proactive and resourcefulproblem solver with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliancestandards in the financial services sector.
