Experience Required
- Ability to support ECC and S4 HANA 1909
- Knowledge of P2P processes
- Configuration of Accounts Payable module including automatic payment program , DME
- Strong experience in FICO
- Troubleshooting the PTP issues o Knowledge of Electronic Bank Statement Configuration.
- Knowledge of In-House Cash is a must
- Ability to work and troubleshoot EDI scenarios
- Good knowledge of Interfaces with third party systems.
- Integration with MM and FI.
- Good understanding of chargebacks from a vendor perspective.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on project or support work (DevOps) as the situation demands
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to drive resolution for tickets created independently Interact with Business and IT teams as necessary to drive resolution of issues.
- Handle interfaces with third party systems.
