Job Title : Solutions Designer - CRM (Toronto, ON)

Location : Toronto, ON

Employment Type : Contract (4 months)

Work Type : Hybrid (2 days per week)

Pay Range : $800 - $900 / hr

Job Description :

Are you a seasoned Solutions Designer with a passion for CRM technologies? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in Toronto, ON.

As a Solutions Designer - CRM, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative CRM solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement CRM hosting technology solutions aligned with client specifications, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in CRM applications, operating systems, and database technologies to create efficient and scalable solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to implementation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.

Required Skills and Experience :

• Proven experience in designing and implementing CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of CRM applications, database technologies, and programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of public sector CRM implementations.
• Certifications in Salesforce or other relevant technologies.
