What You Will Do An Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact between a company and its clients, managing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and products. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Regularly meet with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and feedback Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate new business within existing accounts Develop strategies to grow accounts and achieve revenue target Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and resolve issues proactively Prepare regular reports on account performance and present them to clients and management Provide support and guidance to clients, including troubleshooting and answering product or service-related questions Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, customer service, or a related field Experience in managing multiple accounts and delivering exceptional client service Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive account strategy Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs Strategic thinking and the ability to develop tailored solutions for clients Adaptability to changing client demands and business needs Good to Know Fully in-person in an office environment Both part-time and full-time available An asset to be fluent in multiple languages Professional training and development will be provided for qualified candidates Powered by JazzHR
