We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in healthcare staffing or B2B sales. This role is focused on client acquisition, retention, and business expansion, helping to drive growth for a leading healthcare staffing agency.As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, account management, and client engagement within the healthcare or staffing sector.This is a fast-paced, high-demand industry, where your ability to build partnerships and drive revenue will have a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.Develop and implement strategic sales and account management plans to drive business growth.Present staffing solutions that align with client needs and industry demands.Account Management & Client RetentionServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare facilities, administrators, and decision-makers.Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to understand evolving needs and provide proactive staffing solutions.Collaboration & Internal CoordinationWork closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and effective placements.Provide insights on market trends, client requirements, and service enhancements to internal teams.Reporting & Market InsightsPrepare and deliver client performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to maintain a competitive edge.Key QualificationsIndustry Experience & Business Acumen

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within healthcare staffing or a related healthcare field.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, compliance requirements, and staffing best practices.Sales & Relationship Management Skills
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a focus on B2B relationship management.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and business growth.Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and operational challenges effectively.Technology & Organizational Skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple client accounts.Compensation Details : Base Salary : $48,000 per yearCommission : Opportunity to earn additional compensation through a performance-based commission structure, with potential total earnings up to $90,000 per year.
