Required Skills :

• Hands on config experience with the Contact centre platform
• Cisco Webex CCE / UCCE
• Genesys Designer
• Live Person
• Hands on experience with Java and Scripting languages.
• Experience with Chat application development would be preferred in Development environments.

• Rest API and Integration
• Java : Interacting with database back-end using JDBC under Apache Tomcat
• SQL : SQL queries using joins, views, stored procedures, etc. JavaScript / HTM
